Mean Streets #4, a small press comic fanzine published by Concrete Caverns Graphix in 1990. This issue features an essay by underground comix creator Howard Cruse, of Barefootz, Wendell and Stuck Rubber Baby fame.
The zine also features information about upcoming Concrete Caverns Graphix comics, as well as a Letters column and "Current Top 5 Comics List" by such artists as Peter Bagge, Jamie Alder, Chris Arnold, John Borkowski, Liam Brooks, David Craig, Scott Davis, Barry Deutsch, William Dockery, Susan Dorne, Sam Evans, Roberta Gregory, Mike Gunderloy, Roxie Hart, Karl Heitmuller, Alfred Huete, Mark Hulstrunk, Erik Kaye, Tim Kelly, Andrew J. Kyle, Matt Levin, John Lewis, Tim and Diane Luken, John MacLeod, Joe Meyer, Geoff Miller, Judy Palomartes, Randy Paske, Martin Robaszewski, Amy Sacks, R. Sikoryak, T.E. Stokes, Bob Supina, Dan W. Taylor, Eric Theriault, Dave Tosh, Colin Upton, Edd Vick, David Wagner, Jason "Harp" Whitley, E, Yarber, Hal Hargit, Cat Yronwode, Leela Galaxy, Amy Sacks, T.E. Stokes, Edd Vick, and Sam Henderson (Spongebob Squarepants tv show, Magic Whistle).
It is digest sized, 5.5 x 8.5 inches, 16 pages and is printed on yellow paper. The condition is Fine+/Very Fine by Overstreet grading with crease on upper left corner. I'm assuming this is quite rare, as most small press fanzines were self published with a very low print run.
