Why are the items listed in no particular order?
The store software currently defaults to listing the most recent additions first. However, when you click on a category you can then sort the items in that category several different ways by using the Filter tool on the left hand side. You can also sort search results several different ways by using the Advance Search feature on the left.
How can I tell what the newest additions to the Knickknack Factory store are?
Any category you go to will display (by default) the products with the most recent additions first. You can then sort them to your liking by using the Filter on the left. If you click on main categories (such as "Comic Books" or "Toys & Novelties") you'll see all items in their sub-categories as well.
How soon will I get my items?
We strive to get items in the mail the same week you purchase them, so after that it is up to the US Postal Service, our usual shipping provider. Sometimes specialty items or extremely expensive merchandise will be shipped with delivery confirmation or with a tracking number. International orders are sent airmail so they should arrive within two weeks.
Can I return an item?
Only if it is not as advertised or it is defective. Please email [email protected] first to inquire about a return. Only then will a return be granted and under the condition that it arrives in the same condition as when it was sent and within 14 days of when it was shipped. Items in shrink wrap cannot be returned.
How is the shipping cost determined?
The shipping cost is determined by weight. If you add more than one item in your cart, your shipping cost will be multiplied by the weight of each item. For example: If you purchase two comic books, the shipping cost may be $3.50 in the USA if the items are not heavy. If you purchase one magazine or book, the shipping might cost $4.00 or more if the item weighs more.
